Our Classes

Pre Beginner

This class is a joyful and nurturing introduction to the world of gymnastics, Designed for children age 4-6. This 1-hour per week class is led by an experienced coach. Focus is on developing basic motor skills, balance, and coordination through fun and engaging activities.

Beginner 1

This class is the perfect place for kids age 6-12 to explore the world of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. This class offers an exciting mix of skills on vault, uneven bar, beam, and floor. 1-hour per week class, with lessons on each event.

Beginner 2

This class is the perfect place for kids age 7-12 who have went thru Beginner 1 Class. Challanging the skills already learned in Beginner 1 class. This 1 hour class offers building on skills in all 4 events. Kids who finish this class would be able to try out for Competetion Team.

Intermediate

This class is engaging and challanging. Designed for kids age 7 and up. This 1-hour per week class is led by an experienced coach. Focus is on developing coordination through drills for skills in all 4 gymnastics events.

Advanced

This class is the perfect place for kids age 7 and up to explore the world of gymnastics at higher level tumbling. This class offers an exciting mix of skills mostly on floor. 1-hour per week class.

Competitive Team

Team Class will help take your child’s gymnastics journey to the next level. Designed for young athletes with a passion for excellence, this program offers specialized training and coaching to compete at local and state levels. Gymnasts must have went thru 1 year of Beginner 1 Class, preferably Beginner 2 Class. Invite only.
